Blue Cross Blue Shield
The 2-tier plan is contracted with Anthem, the exclusive Blue Cross Blue Shield provider for select regions in New York and Connecticut. Members and their dependents receive an Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield ID card for doctor visits and hospital care. They also have access to the Anthem portal to manage their account.

Directly Contracted Healthcare
Northwell Direct is a network of Northwell Health and affiliated providers and facilities, collaborating to deliver sustainable healthcare for employers in the New York metro area. This network is directly contracted with the 2-Tier plan, offering employees and employers access to favorable pre-negotiated rates.
